Porridge Recipe Chicken Hong Kong

Hongkong Chicken porridge ingredients:


  1. Soy sauce, 1 teaspoon 
  2. Sesame oil, 1 teaspoon 
  3. Chicken meat, 250 grams, cut into cubes 
  4. Cooking oil, 2 tablespoons 
  5. Garlic, 4 cloves, finely chopped 
  6. Rice, 200 grams 
  7. Chicken broth, 2.5 liter 
  8. Pepper, 1/2 teaspoon 
  9. Salt, 1 teaspoon 
  10. companion: 
  11. Chicken eggs, 5 egg 
  12. Cakwe, 5 pieces, thinly sliced 
  13. Tongcay, 5 teaspoons 
  14. Fried shallots, 5 teaspoons 
  15. Chopped celery, 1 tablespoon 
  16. Soy sauce, to taste 
  17. Chili sauce, to taste 

How to cook Chicken Porridge Hong Kong:


  1. Combine chicken, sesame oil and soy sauce. Stir well and set aside. 
  2. Heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant. Enter the rice, stir for 3 minutes, remove from fire. 
  3. Heat the broth, stir the rice put into it. Cook while stirring until a slurry. 
  4. Enter the chicken, pepper and salt, stir, remove from heat. 
  5. Break one egg at the bottom of the bowl, pour hot porridge. Sprinkle top with cakwe, 1 tsp tongcay, 1 tsp onion and celery fried. 
  6. Serve with soy sauce and chili sauce if desired.
