How to make meat sour Padeh



Inggredient:
1 kilogram of meat
¼ pounds of ground red pepper
12 cloves garlic (milled slowly)
18-20 red onion (milled slowly)
Ginger and galangal 1 segment (of thumb)
Citrus leaves 6 pieces
Bay leaves 5 pieces
1 stalk lemongrass (crushed slightly)
Sour kandis 3 eggs (starfruit wuluh 6 items) inserted later
Salt to taste



Procedure :
boil meat with all the spices, until the water dried meat
Add water to taste, cook until meat is tender
Enter kandis sour / starfruit.

Cook again until the sauce is low / thickens
